Fresh Seasonal Produce

  • Forgotten Sound Farm – seasonal organic produce such as broccoli, cabbage, spring onions, radish, beets, carrots, silverbeet & organic flower bunches.
  • Harry’s Paddock – produce and potted herbs and vegetables.
  • Moffatt Fresh Produce – local, fresh produce, carrot ice-cream, chutney and fudge.
  • Scenic Rim Farm Box – meet the fabulous Scenic Rim Farm Box team face to face and find out more about the Scenic Rim home delivery food service. Fresh produce from Kalfresh and Farm Box suppliers will be available for purchase.
  • Valley Pride Produce – fresh farm seasonal vegetables and homemade products crafted from farm grown produce including  jams, chutneys, banana breads, jams, pickles, relish and infused beetroots.

Meat

  • Grazing Girls – lamb & beef meat packs (for order only), pasture raised eggs and honey.
  • The Butcher Co – visit their shopfront within the event footprint for local beef, lamb, pork and chicken.
  • Tommerup’s Dairy Farm – milk-fed pork, cured meats – bacon, ham, kabana, and rose veal.

Dairy

  • Summer Land Camels – cheese and charcuterie packs and skincare products.
  • Tommerup’s Dairy Farm – Jersey Girl creamery products including butter, cream, creme fraiche, yoghurt, cream top milk, ice creams, milk-fed pork, cured meats – bacon, ham, kabana, rose veal, pastured eggs as well as Harry’s Paddock produce and potted herbs and vegetables.
  • Towri Sheep Cheeses – sheep cheese and sheep milk soaps.
  • Ungermann Brothers Gourmet Ice Cream – handmade and created from natural fruits and flavours.

Flowers, Herbs & Plants

  • Comfrey Co. Boonah – locally grown and made comfrey salves.
  • Elderflower Farm – their famous fresh farm flowers, plus their wonderful products including flower sprinkles, Floripops, flower field honey and honeycomb, seed bombs, bath salts, flower seeds and edible flowers.
  • Farm Emporium – a herb and spice grower providing fresh, dried and apothecary remedies, teas and skin care products.
  • Sunflowers on Kents – bunches of locally grown sunflowers.

Condiments & Specialty Sauces

  • Chef Dylan’s Gourmet Food Co. – seasonings and small batch sauces created on Tamborine Mountain using fresh local ingredients sourced direct wherever possible.
  • Flutterby Gourmet Creations – artisan preserves such as jams, chutneys, relishes, pickles, sauces, syrups and salt mixes – all gluten and preservative free.
  • Mrs Frost’s Kitchen – a range of delicious pantry goodies including jams, honey, sauces and chutney.
  • Scenic Rim Food Co. – a selection of olive oils, chef butters, local honey, and ready made meals to take home.
  • Sunflowers on Kents – a range of beetroot condiments, sliced bottled beetroot, vegetable powders, beetroot chocolates, and fresh vegetables.
  • Truffle Discovery Centre – truffle infused condiments – oils, balsamics, aioli, mustard, butter, sauces, salt and seasonings. Non truffle gourmet condiments – jams, chutneys, reslishes, balsamics and sauces. Fresh, frozen and freeze dried truffles also available.
  • Vanbery Jam Co – rosella products including jam, paste, syrup, coulis and tea.
  • Wilde Foods – pickled warrgal greens, pickled warrigal greens & macadamia nut pesto, davidson’s plum spicy sauce, dukkah and pepperberry & wattleseed rub.

  • Areleah Chocolates – Rocky Road, fudge, peanut brittle, coconut ice, rainbow jellies, freckles and more.
  • Chokola’j – small batch chocolate and confectionery using locally sourced produce – roasted macadamia and lemon myrtle chocolate bars, Dried Olive chocolate bars, honeycomb, macadamia brittle.

  • Moshki – crochet baskets, tote bags, jute lanterns, tea towels and washcloths, reusable tea bags, and natural decor which brings a warm feeling to your home.
  • My Country Escape – selling picnic baskets, blankets, hats and a range of local produce including jams, pickles, relishes, olives, lollies, chocolates and seeds. Lydia’s Garden will have pitted colour and dried flower wreaths available as well.
  • My Mountain Farm – with a range of luxurious goat milk soaps, bath salts and milks including red wine bath salts infused with wine from Barney Creek Vineyard, and lavender products.
  • Pair Me With You – handmade soy candles, Diffusers, natural Soap bars, bath bombs, bath soak, bath & body products, lip balms all made from locally sourced produce.

  • 2m8’s BBQ – American style BBQ including brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs as well as rubs and sauces.
  • Cuppa-licious – coffee, tea, chai, hot chocolate, iced latte and milkshakes.
  • Dosa Delish – crispy savoury Indian pancakes with spicy potato masala, zingy samba sauce and coconut chutney and spiced golden chai tea. All gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
  • Fire N Dough Wood Fired Pizza – Freshly made wood fired pizza using local ingredient toppings.
  • Kalfresh – BBQ’d Sweet Corn and Carrot Juice
