During the month of June, the team at Blume Restaurant will share their love of Scenic Rim produce and their kitchen with guest chefs Jimmy Richardson (Gerard’s Bistro) and Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Richard Ousby (Tama Dining) as they present their Blume Guest Chef Series.

This will be a series not too be missed:

A taste of what’s on the menu:

  • Valley Pride Produce beetroot baked in clay with Tommerup’s Jersey Crème Fraiche
  • Local pigs head and green mustard sanga.
  • Local red claw yabbi roll with Russian dressing
