Step inside the heart of Boxer Brewing Co. during Eat Local Month for an exclusive, four-hour hands-on brewing experience led by Head Brewer, Abby Heslop.

Guests will join Abby as she creates a brand-new beer from scratch, sharing brewing techniques and insights gained from years of domestic and international brewing experience. While the brew boils, participants will enjoy unlimited tastings direct from the tanks and taps, with the chance to ask questions and learn more about everything from hops to fermentation.

The experience also includes a relaxed lunchtime session with Abby, featuring a gourmet toastie and a beer of choice—the perfect opportunity to continue the conversation.

With a Master’s in Brewing, dual qualifications in winemaking, and more than eight years of industry experience, Abby brings both expertise and passion to this immersive event.

A must-do for beer lovers and curious creators alike!

This unparalleled, behind-the-scenes experience is limited to just 10 people.
