Join the multi-award winning chefs at Embers for a workshop on cooking local ingredients over fire. Gain insights into the art of cooking over open flame and explore techniques that the Embers team have honed over years of fine dining cooking.

Perfect your butchering, marinading, and cooking skills while infusing Scenic Rim produce and native ingredients into tantalising sides and sauces.

The Embers team will skillfully butcher down a lamb from Towri farm during the butchery lesson. Participants will then learn how to cook the lamb over coals, along with other regional produce.

Finally, unwind with a leisurely sit-down lunch that you have helped create. Still and sparkling water will be provided.
