Led by Lisa Wood and Fred Mancy from Wilde Foods, you’ll learn about forest transformation, regeneration, and sustainable land practices as you explore the unique ecosystem. Along the way, discover how Wilde Foods creates delicious condiments from Australian native ingredients. At the journey’s end, indulge in a tasting of their gluten-free, vegan-friendly native food condiments, celebrating the distinct and vibrant flavours of the region.

Please bring a coat and umbrella in case the weather turns cold or rainy. Don't forget to bring a water bottle. Wear comfortable bushwalking shoes, and remember to bring a hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Ticket sales will close ten days before the event, and no refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.

Accessibility

Event involves a 1.5km walking tour over uneven ground and includes sharp inclines, descents, and rough surfaces. It is not wheelchair accessible and will present a significant challenge for those with mobility needs. Visually impaired guests will need assistance from a carer. An accessible toilet is not available on-site. Companion Card accepted - contact event holder for more information.
