Towri Growers Market “from the farmers on the farm” offers an authentic on-farm market experience. It is an exciting collective of local Scenic Rim farmers working together to bring you your fresh essentials grown locally, gathered all at one location – Towri Sheep Cheeses!
Meet the dedicated local farmers who grow the delicious fresh produce you love, including dairy, meat, fruits, vegetables, baked goods, and preserves.
You’ll also be able to meet the talented chef team from ‘Embers,’ who craft taste sensations by combining local produce sourced directly from the very farmers you’ll meet on the day! Enjoy delicious sourdough flatbread grilled over the fire with a spiced Towri lamb kofta cooked over the coals, fermented cucumber and chilli salsa, smoked egg emulsion, pickled scallions, fresh garden greens coming from Valley Pride Produce!
But that’s not all, here is what you can also look forward to:
