With most produce travelling less than 15 kilometres from paddock to plate\, the event demonstrates ultra-low food miles and environmental responsibility in action. \nEach dish tells a story\, connecting the region’s fertile volcanic soils\, Indigenous heritage\, community history\, and student journeys. Arts and Music students bring the event to life with live performances and visual installations\, while Business students oversee marketing\, logistics\, and communications. \nStudent-led enterprises\, including honey and egg production\, extend the farm-to-fork journey and celebrate local enterprise and initiative. Guided by award-winning staff\, every element is authentic\, professional\, and entirely student-produced\, creating a vibrant showcase of talent\, learning\, and community spirit.
