They also breed American Bronze Turkeys which are a Heritage breed. These birds are also grown out longer on pasture and the flavour is incredible like Turkey used to taste. See how the other farm animals play an important role in combination with the poultry to improve the pasture. \nThen on sunset\, savour a premium dining experience with canapés by the fire\, followed by a long table dinner featuring award winning produce prepared by renowned chef and Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Richard Ousby.
