Fresh Seasonal Produce
- Moffatt Fresh Produce – Fresh vegetables, jars of chutney, carrot fudge and carrot ice cream.
- Valley Pride Produce – Farm fresh seasonal vegetables and homemade products crafted from farm grown produce including jams, chutneys, relished, infused beetroot, baked goods and honey.
Meat & Poultry
- Scenic Rim Pastured Poultry – Fresh pasture raised, locally grown poultry.
- The Butcher Co – Visit the shopfront within the event footprint for local beef, lamb, pork and chicken.
- Toro Wagyu – Fresh wagyu, raised on our Rosevale and Obum Obum properties.
Flowers, Herbs & Plants
- Eden Seeds – A selection of open pollinated, untreated, heirloom seeds for vegetables, flowers and herbs as well as gardening books and practical garden sundries.
- Elderflower Farm – Fresh cut flowers, flower teas, flower lollipops, candles, dried edible flowers, flower seeds, elderflower cordial range (bottled and ready to drink), other handmade flower farm products, and baskets.

- Scenic Rim 4 Real Milk – Bottled Scenic Rim milk, triple cream brie, Camembert, feta, haloumi, ready-to-eat cheese plates.
- Summer Land Camels – Camel milk gelato, dairy products and charcuterie.
- Ungermann Brothers – A selection of gourmet hand-crafted ice cream, including Scenic Rim favourite fingerlime ice cream and exclusive Winter Harvest Festival flavours pumpkin spice latte and sweetcorn with candied bacon, along with warm poffertjes (Dutch mini pancakes)

- Chef Dylan’s Gourmet Food Co. – Handcrafted small batch sauces and seasonings for bbq meats and quick & easy wholesome family meals. All natural, chef’s quality, global flavours created with local ingredients.
- Chilli Central – Chilli sauces, salts and rubs, all handcrafted locally in Maroon, Scenic Rim.
- The Drunken Farmhand – A range of whole pickled vegetables (e.g. onions, garlic and dill pickles) and fruits (such as pineapple), as well as a selection of small batch sauces, including the very popular Chilli Pineapple, our smoked BBQ and sweet chilli.
- Truffle Discovery Centre – Truffle infused condiments: oils, balsamics, aioli, mustard, hot sauce, honey, salt, seasoning, pasta sauce, dried truffle, fresh truffle. Non-truffle condiments including jams, chutney, relish, balsamics, sauces and dressings

- Areleah Chocolates – Handmade peanut brittle, coconut ice, Jersey caramels, butterscotch popcorn, marshmallows, rainbow jellies, chocolate bars, chocolate speckles and raspberry jelly sprinkles and ice cream.
- Chokola’j – Small batch chocolate featuring local, Scenic Rim produce, including macadamia, honeycomb, and olive and salt chocolate bars; honeycomb; peanut and macadamia brittle; drinking chocolate.

- Arthur Clives Bakery – Pies, sausage rolls and pastries featuring local, Scenic Rim ingredients, as well as sourdough loaves.
- Cuppa-licious – A range of coffees, teas, chai, hot chocolate, iced latte, milkshakes and frappes.
- Dosa Delish – Masala Dosa – a crispy savoury Indian pancake filled with a flavourful potato pallaya and accompanied with a mildly spiced lentil dhal, a sweet & zingy coconut lime chutney and a seasonal salad. Dhal and salad as separate options. Spiced golden chai & spiced deserts. All gluten and dairy free and vegan friendly, featuring fresh Scenic Rim produce.
- Fire N Dough – Hand-stretched Italian inspired wood fired pizzas made with the freshest ingredients sourced from local producers.
- Ginger & Bean Coffee Caravan – Specialty coffees, premium teas, chai, matcha and hot chocolate. Iced drinks, cold beverages, sweet treats. Winter Harvest Festival specialty drinks including Honeycomb Freddo (cold) latte using honey and honeycomb sourced from Olive Grove Estate, and Lemon Myrtle Tea sourced from Olive Grove Estate.
- Heritage Poultry – Banh Mi, sausages, and chicken & mushroom pies, all made with fresh, local, pasture-raised poultry.
