Noon

Settle in for a slow lunch with big views. The fire-to-fork feast (SOLD OUT) at the spectacular Binna Burra Lodge features foraged ingredients, including mushrooms, saltbush chips, and green tree ants, smoked beef brisket and flame-grilled corn over a live charcoal pit, finishing with a marshmallow roast to end the lunch. Or for something a little different, visit Witches Falls Winery on Tamborine Mountain for a joyful afternoon, sipping your way through wine tastings and grazing on delicious charcuterie.

While you’re here, take time to wander the artisan shops, explore rainforest trails, or enjoy a Modern Amaro tasting at The Loborn Tasting Bar—an Australian twist on the classic apéritif made with native and Tamborine-grown botanicals. It’s the perfect way to deepen your connection with the land and culture of this unique food region.
