Calling all fermentation enthusiasts, sourdough lovers, and beer aficionados! Step into the vibrant world of food fermentation at the Fermented Food Festival, hosted by Summer Land Camels.

Discover the craft behind flavour-packed favourites from around the globe including krauts, kombucha, tempeh, Japanese miso, sourdough, cheese, beer, Indian dosa, Ethiopian injera, kefir, wine, and ginger beer. Learn from experts and guest speakers as they share insights into the role of microorganisms, including bacteria and fungi, in preserving food, enhancing flavours, and supporting overall wellbeing.

Guests can browse market stalls, taste an array of fermented foods, and enjoy live demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Take a moment to cuddle a friendly camel, enjoy the sounds of live music, and relax in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
