Ready to taste the Scenic Rim from the ground up? This immersive foodie adventure takes you straight to the source, celebrating the farms, families and flavours that make this region so deliciously unique.

From garlic-growing workshops to high teas in blooming gardens and long lunches on sixth-generation farms, this itinerary is for anyone who believes the best meals come with a story—and maybe a little dirt under the nails. It’s hands-on, heart-filled, and honestly delicious. So pack your appetite and sense of adventure—this is as local as it gets.

Kick off your weekend with a farm-fresh bang! Head to Kalfresh Carrot Day (SOLD OUT) for a behind-the-scenes look at one of Queensland’s busiest vegetable farms (note this event does sell out). Meet the farmers, explore the “wet and wild” factory, and pick your own carrots straight from the earth—just once a year, and totally worth the dirt!

Over at Towri Sheep Cheeses, the vibes are creamy and dreamy with a sheep milking demo, artisanal cheesemaking, and a hands-on honey harvest with local legends Bee All Natural, where you’ll dive into the delicious world of Scenic Rim bees and cheese (SOLD OUT). Finish with a delicious cheese and wine session in the garden. Yum.
