Immerse yourself in a sun-soaked afternoon on a 27-acre hobby farm in the heart of the Scenic Rim and savour the region in every sip and bite. Enjoy five artisan cocktail tasters, crafted from local spirits, handmade syrups, and Bunburra honey, showcasing the region’s fresh produce in more than just food. Each cocktail tells the story of the farmers and the land that nurtures these ingredients.
Feast on shared plates prepared by Scenic Rim Food Ambassador and Blume Head Chef Jack Stuart, featuring fresh, seasonal produce from renowned local farms including Tommerup Farm, Harry’s Paddock, Scenic Rim Finger Limes, and Valley Pride Produce. Relax on the lawn, breathe in the fresh country air, and gather at the long table with fellow guests, enjoying the warm country hospitality of Fox Hill Grove.
A boutique selection of local beers and wines will also be available to purchase, complementing the flavours of the cocktails and shared plates throughout the afternoon.
