Experience the true craftsmanship of spirit-making as you go behind the scenes to create a unique spirit. Guided by Head Distiller Gordon Chalmers, explore flavours, botanicals, and the distillation process before crafting a personalised 500ml bottle of rum, gin, brandy, vodka, or schnapps to take home.

The workshop includes a guided distillery tour, tasting of the distillery’s finest spirits, and a shared grazing board to enjoy throughout the session. Participants gain hands-on insight into flavour development, operation of the still, and the art and science behind craft spirit production.

This immersive experience is perfect for spirit enthusiasts, curious creatives, or anyone seeking a relaxed, hands-on journey into the world of craft distilling.
