Set out on a journey into the heart of the Scenic Rim, beginning with a scenic drive through rolling hills, lush valleys, and winding country roads that showcase the region’s dramatic landscapes. Arriving at Wilde Foods native rainforest fruit orchard, embark on a 1.5 km guided walk and discover how regenerative and sustainable land practices are nurturing the orchard’s unique endemic fruits. Along the way, hear directly from owners Fred and Lisa about their approach to growing these highly nutritious fruits and the vision behind their farm.

Sample gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan-friendly native condiments made from the orchard’s produce, and enjoy a refreshing mocktail while taking in the sights, sounds, and scents of the rainforest. Each step of the walk offers a deeper connection to the region’s biodiversity and the care that goes into cultivating these rare flavours.

The experience concludes beside an open-air log fire, savouring a surprise dessert while watching the sun set over the breathtaking Main Range National Park. This immersive journey celebrates the Scenic Rim’s lush landscapes, the thoughtful stewardship of Wilde Foods, and the distinctive flavours of native Australian ingredients, offering a relaxed, sensory adventure from orchard to sunset.

Native condiments include pickled warrigal greens, macadamia nut pesto, pepperberry and wattleseed rub, Davidson plum spicy sauce, and more. Renowned for their high antioxidant content, these ethically and sustainably packaged products offer pure, nutritious flavours that can be enjoyed at home and are available for purchase on the day.
