Are you an aspiring Scenic Rim chef?
As part of the collaboration with QAGOMA for Eat Local Week, aspiring Scenic Rim chefs have the opportunity to be selected for a Culinary Internship.
This is an opportunity to be embedded with the expert QAGOMA team to produce an exclusive Scenic Rim-themed degustation menu at the GOMA Restaurant in Brisbane in mid-June.
The Culinary Internship is one of two new initiatives for this year’s Scenic Rim Eat Local Week. The second is a Scenic Rim themed degustation menu, to be served in the GOMA restaurant in June, using produce and products from across the region.
To find out more about culinary internship, interested applicants should contact Genevieve Windley at Scenic Rim Regional Council on 5540 5111.
The application process will include submitting a brief letter outlining your interest in the internship and your cooking experience. Applications will be assessed by QAGOMA in consultation with Scenic Rim Regional Council.
Applications close Friday 1 May at 5pm.
