1. Scenic Rim Tapas Banquet @ Moda Tapas Brasa Bar | 29 May & 12 June
Javier Codina is bringing the Scenic Rim to the city at Moda, by incorporating the wonderful local produce from the region. Guests will enjoy Javier’s selection of six Scenic Rim inspired tapas to share, selected by the chef for the entire table. 2. Long Lunch on the Lawn @ Scenic Rim Farm Box Shop | 5 June (SOLD OUT)
Join us at the long table under the century-old Jacarandas for a generous three-course lunch with matched wines expertly prepared by Chef Kate Raymont. A celebration of Scenic Rim produce set in the beautiful gardens of the Scenic Rim Farm Shop, also home to Elderflower Farm, and overlooking the productive fields of Kalbar. 3. Homage Returns to the Barn @ Spicers Hidden Vale | 13 June
Join Executive Chef and Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Ash Martin and Head Chef, Simon Furley for a six course tasting menu with matched wines in the historic barn. Start with an interactive tour of the 89 bed market garden including smokehouse and fermentation room. An intimate dining experience driven by fire, coals and nature will be enjoyed under the stars. 4. Field Kitchen with Alison Alexander & Caroline Jones @ Scenic Rim Farm Box Shop | 18 June
Join Scenic Rim Food Ambassadors, Alison Alexander (food consultant and ABC radio) and Caroline Jones (Three Girls Skipping & Three Girls Fishing) for a day in the country.
