The experience unfolds as a mystery-menu cooking class, with each course revealed as it is prepared. Dishes are inspired by the freshest and most exciting ingredients of the day, sourced from the garden, nearby farms, and trusted local artisans.
In a relaxed, social setting, participants chop, taste, and create a series of dishes celebrating the Scenic Rim. Along the way, practical techniques, flavour pairings, and creative twists are explored, encouraging both learning and experimentation.
The day concludes with a shared lunch on the deck, featuring everything prepared during the session and paired with a local beverage. This immersive experience combines hands-on cooking, plenty of laughter, and a celebration of the region’s produce while connecting with new friends.
