Speckles on the Teviot

Guests will have the chance to get up close with friendly stock horses, show cattle, and working border collies, with plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day.

Upon arrival, enjoy welcome drinks and canapés in the cattle yards, surrounded by the Speckle Park cattle. The long table, set on the lawn beside the yards, offers the perfect setting to sit back and indulge in two courses of succulent Speckle Park beef, complemented by fresh local vegetables and salad, all expertly prepared by chef Paul Arnaud. This delicious meal is perfectly paired with wines and champagne.

As the afternoon winds down, guests will gather on the hill with local cheeses and wine, seated by the fire pits as the sun sets over the stunning Scenic Rim mountains, offering a relaxing and picturesque end to a memorable day on the farm.
